The Best of BEALEADER 2014 Edition

As we close out 2014 and look forward to 2015, I wanted to acknowledge the work of the Resident Writers of BEALEADER. This has been by far our best year yet! We have exceeded nearly 100K page views and that is all thanks to entire Resident Writer team. Without their leadership, expertise and fellowship, BEALEADER would not exist.TOP10LIST

The goal of BEALEADER since day one four years ago has been to give a platform to those writers whom you may not know – it’s not about being in the “IN” crowd nor it is about their power of social media prowess. BEALEADER is about bringing together leaders from all walks of life to share their stories with you. BEALEADER isn’t just about leadership, although we focus a lot on the subject. BEALEADER means to be a leader in your life, your business and in every way. I personally look for individuals who are sharing their leadership in their own unique way. It’s not popular not will it win me many spots on the coveted lists that so many “gurus” like to put out but that’s not why I started BEALEADER. I didn’t start this journey 4 years ago to be crowned “Queen of Leadership” I did this so I could serve others and make others better. I did it because I felt a calling to put together a platform that would benefit others and help them be the leader that resided inside them. I’m pretty happy with my ability to give others the chance to showcase their talents and be the leader who is not putting myself or my ego above others.

Though there are days when I feel like the passion is gone, the journey might be coming to end, I read these articles and remember my “why” and remember that I have a purpose to serve. I hope you will continue to take this journey with me and the writers of BEALEADER in 2015. Each writer who is here on BEALEADER is special and unique and they have a gift to share with you.

I want to thank each and every one who has been a part of this journey for 4 years, you have made me better.

In addition to the BEALEADER platform, I have developed the business units BEALEADER Business Services, which provides marketing, business development and human resource management services and BEALEADER Executive Coaching Services, which provides one on one and group coaching services to executives and individuals.
